Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted by Saree Queens. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for wrong or damaged products within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition as delivered
  • The product must be returned with original tags and packaging intact
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or washing
  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered, or have had tags removed
  • Blouse pieces that have been cut or stitched
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions
  • Returns requested after the 3-day window

Note: We do not accept returns for "change of mind," color preference, or size issues. Please review product details carefully before ordering.

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund within 2-3 business days.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment

If the damage claim is found to be invalid or customer-caused, the product will be returned to you at your shipping expense.

4. Replacement Policy

In case of wrong or damaged products delivered by us, customers may opt for:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • For wrong or damaged products sent by us, we will arrange free reverse pickup
  • For invalid claims or customer-caused damage, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, return shipping charges will apply.

7. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@kraaph.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos or unboxing video clearly showing the damage/wrong product
  • Description of the issue

We will review and respond within 24-48 hours.
